Come join us at Bobby Brown Park, 2509 Bobby Brown State Park Rd, Elberton Ga for the 4th Annual Petersburg Rendezvous, bringing over 200 years of Georgia history to life, beginning with the French Trapper/Hunters of the early 18th Century, Revolutionary War, Civil War, and Cowboy encampments. See how men and women lived in some of the most pivotal times in Georgia History, Men drilling for War to gain our Freedom from Britain , and women cooking the evening meal, tending to the sick. Native American Potters and storytellers,learn a gmae of Graces, Trappers from the French Fur Trade and Mountain Men, Civil War Soldiers and hear the echo of a 10pound Parrot Rifle echo across the Lake and you might even witness the stories of Cowboys from amazing Storyteller Doc Griffin and his Real life Old West encampment with a covered wagon and trail camp,. Come Spend Friday and Saturday with us and relive what your ancestors fought and died for in our great State of Georgia.
